<p><b>March 12, 2010</b></p>
<p>West Palm Beach, Florida – Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation’s largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), has become accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) and is participating in its PEO Client Assurance Program. </p>
<p>ESAC is the nationally recognized financial assurance, standard-setting and monitoring entity for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. Through its voluntary accreditation process, ESAC ensures that participating PEOs adhere to important ethical, financial and operational standards for the purpose of promoting a high level of integrity and responsibility within the PEO industry.  As a condition of continued accreditation, Oasis is required to submit quarterly reports to ESAC including financial statements and an independent CPA’s verification of the timely and accurate payment of all payroll taxes, employee benefit contributions and insurance premiums.</p>
<p>“When a client joins Oasis Outsourcing, we assume important employer obligations for their company,” said Mark Perlberg, CEO of Oasis Outsourcing. “Through our participation in ESAC’s PEO Client Assurance Program, these obligations are assured by ongoing ESAC monitoring and the tangible financial protection of surety bonds held on our behalf.”  The bonds are held by the Employer Services Trust, with a major national bank serving as Trustee. </p>
<p>This financial protection program from ESAC is similar to the FDIC for the banking industry and provides reimbursement up to $1 million per participating PEO, plus $10 million aggregate for all participating PEOs, for losses to clients, worksite employees, taxing authorities and insurance carriers in the unlikely event that a participating PEO defaults on the payment of wages, taxes, employee benefit contributions or insurance premiums. The PEO Client Assurance Program is designed to provide valuable assurance to Oasis clients without any additional cost.</p>

<p>West Palm Beach, FL (August 19, 2009) – Oasis Outsourcing Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), has announced the acquisition of National HR Advantage, Inc.  National HR Advantage provides small- and medium-sized businesses with a comprehensive suite of human resources, payroll processing, benefits and risk management services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. National HR Advantage’s primary office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL will be relocated to the corporate offices of Oasis, located in nearby West Palm Beach.</p>
<p> “This move will provide our clients with an expanded product and service offering including a state-of-the-art Human Resources Center. Additionally, the operational synergies with Oasis Outsourcing are substantial and will contribute to a smooth transition period for our clients,” said National HR Advantage president Arthur Scott.</p>

<p><strong>West Palm Beach, FL</strong> – Oasis Outsourcing, the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is introducing a new way for clients to complete all of the necessary paperwork and information for new hires – Employee Electronic Onboarding, a process designed to reduce the amount of paperwork and the time it takes for new employees to enter the workplace.</p>
<p>Through this process, employees can complete important legal documentation, as well as the introduction of important workplace-specific policies and procedures online. The forms, which are available online 24 hours a day, ensure privacy of employee personal information and reduce data entry errors through pre-populated fields and an electronic signature.</p>
<p>In addition, the electronic onboarding process interfaces directly with eVerify, an online system operated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA) through which employers can immediately verify employment eligibility.</p>

<p><b>West Palm Beach, FL</b> &ndash; Oasis Outsourcing, the nation&rsquo;s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), successfully completed a Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 Type II audit.&nbsp;The audit, considered the gold standard for service provider audits, was administered by Ernst &amp; Young, one of the nation&rsquo;s premier auditing firms.&nbsp;It is an important validation for client companies subject to Sarbanes-Oxley and other reporting requirements.</p>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">SAS 70 is an in-depth audit developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to test the internal controls of service providers&rsquo; processes and procedures. &nbsp;&nbsp;Oasis underwent the more rigorous Type II audit, which not only assures that an organization has controls in place, but tests the effectiveness of those controls over a period of time.</div>

<li>Data files, software, and related documentation, both on-site and off-site are properly stored, restricted to authorized users, and that storage sites are periodically reviewed for security of data files.</li>
<li>Measures are in place and facilities are maintained for protection of computer equipment from environmental factors (e.g., fire, dust, water, excessive heat, etc.)</li>
<li>New system software and applications being developed and changes to system software and existing applications are authorized, tested, approved, properly implemented, and documented.</li>
<li>Outbound data transmissions between Oasis and its clients are complete, accurate and secure.</li>
<li>Logical access to firewall architectures and connections is restricted to properly authorized individuals, and that patches/fixes are applied to firewalls on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Payroll data (including voids, reissues, reversal and tax adjustments) is recorded, processed and distributed accurately and completely.</li>
<li>Changes to benefit plans are properly authorized and accurately processed, as well as collected and paid out.</li>
<li>Tax filings and W-2s are recorded, processed and distributed accurately and completely.</li>

<p><b>West Palm Beach, FL</b> &#8211; Oasis Outsourcing, the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), recently hosted an Open House at its new headquarters, located at 2054 Vista Parkway at Emerald View at Vista Center.  The company relocated from its prior location in West Palm Beach to this space to better accommodate the substantial business growth over the past few years, as well as anticipated growth.</p>
<p>  The building is one of the few Category-5 resistant buildings in Palm Beach County. It is able to withstand wind gusts of up to 185 miles per hour and in the event of a power outage, a 20,000 gallon diesel-engine generator provides backup power for up to 14 days before needing to be refueled. The building also features a solid concrete roof and solid concrete, steel-reinforced wall panel exteriors that exceed current building code requirements.     Close to 100 guests attended the Open House, which included tours of the offices and Human Resources and Payroll training sessions. With 36,000 square feet of space, Oasis occupies two of the four floors of the building.      “We are very proud of our new offices, and it was a pleasure to host our clients and business associates here,” said Mark Perlberg, President and CEO of Oasis Outsourcing. “The building’s disaster resistant features were very important factors in our selection process due to our commitment to take every measure possible to remain operational for our clients even in the worst of conditions.”     Emerald View at Vista Center is located at 2054 and 2056 Vista Parkway off Okeechobee Boulevard, one of Palm Beach County’s busiest thoroughfares. <div style="margin: 6pt 0in"><strong>Alexandria, VA</strong> — <span>Mark C. Perlberg, President and CEO of West Palm Beach, FL-based Oasis Outsourcing, Inc., will serve on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) in 2008 and 2009. NAPEO represents the $53 billion PEO industry, which delivers Fortune 500 employee benefits and human resources expertise to </span>America’s main-street businesses.</div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">Perlberg was elected to serve in this leadership position by a vote of the national membership during the association’s annual conference October 22-24 in Chicago. <span style="color: black">Nearly 800 PEO leaders and vendors participated in the conference and trade show, which is the largest gathering of leaders in the PEO industry. </span></div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">“I am honored to serve on NAPEO’s board, and welcome the opportunity to advance the professionalism and recognition of our industry,” Perlberg said. “I will work diligently to ensure that NAPEO’s programs deliver exactly what PEO leaders need in a changing and challenging business climate.”</div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">Perlberg joined Oasis in October 2003. Prior to Oasis, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PRG-Schultz, a $400MM NASDAQ traded company that is the world’s leading provider of accounts payable recovery audit services. Before working at PRG-Schultz, he held executive positions with John Harland Company, a leading provider of software and printed products for financial institutions and Western Union, where he eventually managed the business throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. </div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">His experience also includes growing National Payments Network, a company he co-founded, from a start-up business into a $26MM company that was sold to Western Union. </div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">Si<span style="color: black">nce he joined Oasis, the business has grown from $1.1 billion in gross revenues in 2003, to more than $1.73 billion in 2006. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into new markets, and achieved a 98 percent satisfaction rate among its clients. </span>Perlberg was recently honored with a 2007 Ultimate CEO Award from the <em>South Florida</em><em> Business Journal.</em><span>   </span></div>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">In addition to his involvement <span style="color: black">with NAPEO, <span>Perlberg is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations. He is also active in the community and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Palm Beach Dramaworks, a leading non-profit regional theatre.</span></span></div>
<div style="margin: 6pt 0in">He received his B.A. degree in history, <em>magna cum laude,</em> from the University of Rochester, and a J.D. degree, <em>magna cum laude</em>, from Boston College Law School.</div>
