CI is an independent, nonprofit organization that promotes industry professionalism and best practices by developing and administering certification programs. Its worker compensation program was developed with the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC), workers compensation insurance companies and PEO industry risk managers.
