Oasis Outsourcing Acquires PEO National HR Advantage, Inc.

West Palm Beach, FL – Oasis Outsourcing Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), has announced the acquisition of National HR Advantage, Inc.  National HR Advantage provides small- and medium-sized businesses with a comprehensive suite of human resources, payroll processing, benefits and risk management services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. National HR Advantage’s primary office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL will be relocated to the corporate offices of Oasis, located in nearby West Palm Beach.
