Oasis Welcomes Kathleen Rainey, New Senior VP of Operations

West Palm Beach, FL – Oasis Outsourcing, the nations largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced that Kathleen Rainey has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this newly created position, Rainey will be responsible for the company’s Payroll Operations, Information Technology and Client Service functions.

Adding Kathleen to the Oasis organization will provide increased focus on key operational initiatives vital to maintaining the high level of performance that our clients have come to expect,” said Mark Perlberg, CEO of Oasis Outsourcing.

Before joining Oasis Outsourcing, Rainey most recently served as Director of the Information Systems Division of Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she had direct responsibility for one of the largest payroll systems in the world. Prior to Wal-Mart, she had a series of management positions in the insurance industry with Unum Life Insurance Company of America and with Unum Provident subsequent to the merger of those companies.

Rainey received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley. She will be based in Oasis Outsourcings West Palm Beach headquarters.
