The financial strength of Oasis contributes to the stability of the products and services that we provide for our clients. Our lead investor is Nautic Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with more than $2.3 billion of capital under management. Nautic Partners is the independent successor to Fleet Equity Partners, the private equity investment unit of Fleet Financial Group. Substantial investment also comes from Prudential Capital Partners, a leading mezzanine investment firm sponsored by Prudential Capital Group, one of the largest managers of private, fixed-income securities in the United States.

In addition, Oasis Outsourcing has successfully completed a Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 Type II audit. The SAS 70 audit is an in-depth audit developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to test the processes and internal controls of service providers as they relate to data security and storage, system utilization monitoring, client payroll processing, tax filings and more.

Oasis has two operating divisions: a PEO and a traditional Staffing and Placement Agency. PEO services are offered under the brand name Oasis Outsourcing, with offices in the following metropolitan areas: Atlanta, Austin, Boca Raton, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Miami, New York City, Orlando, Pensacola, Phoenix, San Diego, Sarasota, St. Louis, Tampa, Washington DC and West Palm Beach.
