Welcomes New District Manager Debra Cotten

St. Louis, MO – Oasis Outsourcing, the nations largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), has opened an office in St. Louis, Mo., located at 10805 Sunset Office Drive, Suite 300.

Debra Cotten, who brings more than 18 years of experience in the human resources, PEO and staffing industries, has joined the company as District Manager for the St. Louis market. Her previous experience includes serving as a Sales Executive for a leading PEO and as a District Manager for a Midwest staffing firm.
