Oasis provides highly specialized support to help our clients with a variety of employment-related matters. And, based on the direction of each client, we assist their worksite employees with an assortment of needs as well. Let’s take a look at how this works.The Oasis Service Model is designed to provide customized services that meet the needs of each client. It is designed with client access to day-to-day support from a Core Human Resources Services Team and a Dedicated Operations Services Team. Both teams also provide long-term strategic planning and support as well.

Core HR Services Team

This team is structured to best respond to clients by offering 24/7 Human Resources Services support as well and client-dedicated HR Consultants which have in-depth knowledge of each of their clients’ specific needs.

Dedicated Operations Services Team

Each client is assigned to a specialized team trained on the specific needs of each client. Key areas of support include Payroll Processing and Administration, Benefits Enrollment, New Hire Set-up, Employee On-boarding and Time Clock systems interface.In addition, clients may also contact each functional area directly when needed.
