The Oasis Outsourcing Management Team is comprised of PEO industry veterans and functional experts in a variety of disciplines. With decades of PEO-specific and various industry combined experience, the team has been assembled to provide the vision and expertise required to provide the highest level of service-obsession in the industry.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Perlberg has been the President and CEO of Oasis Outsourcing since October 2003. Throughout his career, Mr. Perlberg has demonstrated outstanding leadership and sales strategy development across a wide array of industries, including business services, utilities and financial institutions. After beginning his career as a business litigation attorney, Mr. Perlberg co-founded and was a key architect in growing a utility bill payment processing business and negotiating its sale to Western Union, where he spent six years in management roles with rapidly expanding responsibilities. Mr. Perlberg later spent four years as an officer of the John Harland Company. Prior to joining Oasis Outsourcing, Mr. Perlberg was the Chief Operating Officer of PRG-Schultz, the world’s leading recovery audit firm. At PRG-Schultz, Mr. Perlberg planned and successfully implemented key growth strategies, including creating and leading an integrated sales, operations, IT and client service platform. Mr. Perlberg is a magna cum laude graduate of both the University of Rochester, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Boston College Law School, where he was named a member of Order of the Coif (top 10%).
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mayotte has been Oasis Outsourcing’s Chief Financial Officer since its inception in 1996 and has been a key architect of the Company’s business model and strategic direction. Prior to joining Oasis, Mr. Mayotte was Treasurer of The Wackenhut Corporation. As Treasurer, he supervised Wackenhut’s banking and cash operations, M&A, risk management and tax activities. During his tenure at Oasis Outsourcing, Mr. Mayotte oversaw the building of the Company’s technology platform. He installed the company’s financial systems and controls and supervised the negotiation of key supplier relationships, such as Aetna for the Company’s principal group health insurance and Zurich Financial for the Company’s Workers’ Compensation programs. Mr. Mayotte received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Emory University.
Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Viola, a successful industry veteran, joined Oasis Outsourcing at its inception in 1996 and was instrumental in building the Company’s sales, marketing and client services platform. Prior to joining Oasis Outsourcing, he was the #1 performing Regional Sales Manager at Paychex Business Solutions, where he drove unprecedented PEO Sales. Before joining Paychex, Mr. Viola had a successful career in banking, serving as Vice President of Corporate Banking for both Citicorp and Sun Trust. Mr. Viola currently has responsibility for new client acquisition and sales force training and development. He is also actively involved in developing several new markets to further expand the company’s national footprint. Mr. Viola received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree from Stetson University.
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Calicchio became Oasis Outsourcing’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2017. Prior to joining Oasis, she held global and national human resources leadership positions at Merck & Company, Johnson & Johnson, Carnival Cruise Lines and Bayada Home Health Care, where she established an HR function and helped the company more than double its revenues during her tenure. She brings vast experience in large change management initiatives such as mergers and system integration projects. At Oasis, Calicchio is responsible for Talent Management, Organizational Development and overall HR Operational Excellence. Ms. Calicchio holds a Master’s in Human Resources from New York University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kean College of New Jersey and is certified as a Society of Human Resources Management Strategic Professional.
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Steigelfest, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, joined Oasis Outsourcing in February 2016, and brings more than 25 years of information technology management and strategy experience to the company. He is known for being a business enabler and accelerator who can leverage emerging technologies to help drive sustainable competitive advantage. Prior to joining Oasis, Mr. Steigelfest served as Chief Information Officer for Cross Country Home Services. At Oasis, Mr. Steigelfest is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy, which includes leading the IT organization, executing technology investments, and overseeing system reliability, reporting, business analytics, and contingency planning. Mr. Steigelfest received his Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and his MBA from the University of Miami.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Purgay joined Oasis Outsourcing as Chief Marketing Officer in March of 2018. Purgay has significant B2B and B2B2C experience in the professional services segment from previous leadership roles with Mercer, Right Management and Manpower Group, to name a few. Most recently, at Mercer, he was CMO, Talent, leading revenue growth via demand generation and data-driven digital initiatives. Purgay brings a track record in leading high-performing teams across a wide-variety of marketing disciplines. At Oasis, Purgay will drive growth by leading all aspects of Marketing, including branding, channel partnerships, customer loyalty/retention, digital marketing and lead generation. Purgay holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada and is working on a second Master’s degree in Digital Strategy & Innovation at Boston University.
Ruth Trezevant Cyrus
Executive Vice President, Acquisition Integration
Ms. Cyrus, joined Oasis Outsourcing in February of 2005. Prior to joining Oasis, she previously served as Director of Small Business Marketing-North America for Office Depot. During her tenure, she has developed Oasis’ marketing and partner programs with increased focus on key segments to drive sales; as well as, serving as acquisition integration project manager for several Oasis acquisitions. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the acquisition integration strategy, implementation, and profit and loss. This includes development and planning activities that leverage best practices as acquisitions are initially evaluated, subsequently onboarded into the Oasis family and ultimately, fully integrated into the business. Ms. Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Pace University.
Senior Vice President, Benefits
Ms. Drames was promoted to Oasis Outsourcing’s Senior Vice President of Benefits in August of 2017. Ms. Drames, previously Oasis’ Vice President of Benefits, has been in the PEO industry for more than 20 years and is responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication, underwriting and administration of Oasis’ health and welfare programs, as well as 401(k) plans. In addition to ensuring that the programs adhere to state and federal regulations and supporting Oasis’ strategic objectives, she is responsible for bringing new and innovative benefits solutions to our clients. Ms. Drames received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rowan University in New Jersey, holds her PHR Certification and has held a 2-15 license since 1998.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Fidel, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, joined Oasis Outsourcing in April of 2013. Mr. Fidel is a respected expert in the PEO industry with experience, not only in legal matters but also in human resources, regulatory compliance, governance, insurance, benefits, acquisitions and risk management. Prior to joining Oasis, he served as General Counsel for Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. At Oasis, he is responsible for all legal and compliance matters. Mr. Fidel received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Shimer College, his Master of Arts from DePaul University and his juris doctor from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Ms. Jesson was promoted to Oasis Outsourcing’s Senior Vice President of Operations in August of 2017. Ms. Jesson has more than 25 years of operational and strategic experience in the PEO industry, with particular emphasis on process optimization and operational efficiency. She joined Oasis in 1999, as Director of Business Services, when her then employer, Professional Employers Management (PEM), was acquired by Oasis. After holding roles such as Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Payroll Operations and others, her most recent role was Vice President of Financial Systems and Strategy. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ms. Jesson is responsible for the operational areas of the business, including payroll, benefits, implementations and compliance.
Mary Anne Tate
Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Management
Ms. Tate joined Oasis Outsourcing in February 2017 as Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Management, bringing more than 25 years of customer relationship management experience to the company. She previously held Senior Vice President roles at Bank of America Merchant Services, First Data Management Corporation and Chase Merchant Services. In her current role at Oasis, Ms. Tate oversees all aspects of client service, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and supporting their business objectives. Ms. Tate earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Florida State University.
