We provide FMLA leave administration services for covered employers’ eligible worksite employees, including assistance with determining eligibility, providing letters and reminders to worksite employees, and tracking FMLA time.

EEO-1 reporting

Oasis will include PEO clients who meet EEO-1 reporting requirements and pay all of their employees via the PEO in our annual EEO-1 report to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

New-hire reporting

Oasis provides a data upload for new hires, terminations, and wage information for state unemployment and other regulatory reporting requirements. We provide a similar data upload for wage/employment verification.

The Oasis® Client Services Website for Social Security verification is available to clients to identify mismatched information, and complete Social Security Administration wage verification requests.
