Overview of What Occurred
On February 28, 2021, our software vendor partner PrismHR detected suspicious activity within their cloud hosted environment which impacted the availability of those systems. Oasis does not use the PrismHR cloud hosted environment. Since PrismHR first became aware of this, they commenced an internal investigation with the assistance of a cybersecurity firm and have been methodically working to determine the scope of the incident and securely restore those systems to operation as quickly as possible.
How did the situation impact Oasis?
Oasis is not been impacted by the PrismHR’s outage. Oasis systems remain available and secure.
