A recent survey conducted with 300 business leaders identified that the following would become more challenging HR administration issues over the next 12 months:

1. Ensuring a safe workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic
2. Offering competitive compensation and benefits
3. Developing employees and future leaders for succession
