(PEP), Smart Payroll Solutions and Staff One HR. These acquisitions, coupled with organic growth, have combined to make Oasis one of the nation’s largest PEOs.

Below is some information on the acquisitions that Oasis has completed in the last few years.
Aureon HR became part of the Oasis family in 2018. Aureon had been a leading HR outsourcing company based in the midwest for more than 30 years and continues to operate from its locations in West Des Moines, IA and Denver, CO.
Staff One HR
Oasis acquired Staff One HR in 2017. Founded in 1988, Staff One HR is based in Texas with offices in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Colorado. This acquisition strengthened Oasis’ presence in the south central U.S. with the addition of a service center in Texas.
Diversified Human Resources (DHR)
Diversified Human Resources (DHR) became part of Oasis in 2017. DHR, founded in 1996, has offices in Arizona, Colorado and California. This acquisition increased Oasis’ presence in the western U.S.
Fortune Industries, a PEO group comprised of Century II, Inc. (Brentwood, TN), Employer Solutions Group, Inc. (Phoenix and Tucson, AZ, Loveland, CO, and Provo, UT), and Professional Staff Management, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN), became part of Oasis in 2016. This acquisition expands Oasis’ geographic reach in multiple regions and provides Fortune clients with additional product offerings.
Doherty Employer Services
Doherty Employer Services became part of Oasis in 2015. Doherty, headquarted in Edina, Minnesota, was a comprehensive human resources outsourcing company offering PEO services for more than 35 years. Oasis retained the Doherty location/service center, expanding its geographical footprint in Minnesota.
A1HR became part of Oasis in December of 2015. A1HR, a regional PEO headquartered in Tampa, FL, strengthens Oasis’ reach in this important Florida market, especially in the hospitality vertical industry. It also adds an additional service center with specialized capabilities.
Advantec became part of Oasis in 2011. Advantec, based in Tampa, Florida, was a comprehensive PEO offering services to clients for more than 13 years prior to joining Oasis.
National HR Advantage, Inc.
National HR Advantage was acquired by Oasis in 2009. This Palm Beach Gardens, Florida PEO, was providing PEO services to a wide range of client types prior to the acquisition. Its Palm Beach Gardens office was relocated to the Oasis headquarters in West Palm Beach.
Professional Employer Plans, Inc. (PEP) and Advantage Employer Solutions, Inc. (AES)
Oasis acquired Professional Employer Plans and Advantage Employer Solutions in 2008. Primarily based in Tampa, Professional Employer Plans and Advantage Employer Solutions served small- and medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries.
Kelly Staff Leasing
Kelly Staff Leasing became part of Oasis in 2006. Prior to joining with Oasis, Kelly Staff Leasing had provided PEO services to clients for more than 20 years. The acquisition included Kelly Staff Leasing’s operations center in San Diego, California which housed its payroll processing.
Previously, Oasis also acquired PEM, King Companies, Smart Payroll Solutions and Sharp Personnel.
